1. Initiation Step: Week 1–4 starting doses (e.g. 0.25 mg Semaglutide or 2.5 mg Tirzepatide) are non-therapeutic starting steps designed to establish receiver tolerance.

2. 4-Week Escalation Window: Doses step up every 4 weeks to match steady-state receptor equilibration.
