Terms of Service
Version 1.1 — last updated 2026-08-09. Draft, not yet reviewed by counsel.
1. Nature of the Service
Dosavy is an educational and informational tool only. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a treatment recommendation system, a telehealth service, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a doctor-patient relationship.
All compound profiles, dosing ranges, interaction data, and AI-generated responses are sourced from published research literature and are provided for educational and research purposes only. They are not prescriptions. They are not recommendations to use any compound. They are not endorsements of any compound's safety or efficacy. Dosavy does not sell, source, dispense, or endorse any compound.
The Service is operated from Switzerland. In these Terms, "Dosavy", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the Service, and "you" means the person accepting these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly create accounts for them; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete it.
- One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done through your account.
- The details you give us must be accurate, and you must keep them accurate — an email address we cannot reach is one we cannot use to warn you about a change to these Terms or to your subscription.
3. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By creating an account and/or using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely and entirely responsible for any and all decisions you make regarding the use, dosage, administration, or combination of any compound, substance, or protocol discussed on this platform.
- The compounds discussed on this platform may carry serious health risks, including but not limited to adverse reactions, organ damage, hormonal disruption, allergic reactions, and in extreme cases, death. You accept these risks entirely and unconditionally.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated information, or errors, despite our efforts to ground responses in published literature. You accept full responsibility for verifying any and all information before acting on it.
- Dosing ranges, interaction data, and safety information provided on this platform are derived from published research literature and may not reflect the most current scientific understanding. It is your sole responsibility to independently verify all information against primary sources before making any decision.
- You must consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, modifying, or continuing any protocol involving any compound discussed on this platform. Failure to do so is entirely your responsibility.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any compound you use is legal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Individual responses to compounds vary significantly based on genetics, body composition, medical history, concurrent medications, and other factors. Information that is accurate for one individual may be dangerous for another. You accept this risk entirely.
4. AI-Generated Content
You specifically acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated responses are produced by large language models that process text based on patterns in training data and our curated compound database. These models can and do produce plausible-sounding information that is factually incorrect, outdated, or dangerous.
- Dosavy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of any AI-generated response for any purpose.
- You must independently verify every dose, every interaction, every safety claim, and every recommendation generated by the AI against primary published sources before acting on any of it.
- You must never rely solely on AI-generated information for decisions affecting your health, safety, or the health and safety of others.
- Dosavy does not individually review, validate, or approve AI responses before they are displayed to you.
- The text of your questions is sent to a third-party model provider outside Switzerland for processing, and every exchange is logged and retained. The provider we currently use, and how long we keep the log, are named in the Privacy Policy. Please do not type anything into the advisor you would not want retained.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to advise anyone else on their health, or present its output as professional, clinical or prescriptive advice.
- Scrape, bulk-export or systematically extract the compound library, citations or other content, or use the Service or its output to build a competing dataset or to train a model.
- Share, resell or provide access to your account, or work around access controls, usage limits or rate limits.
- Attempt to reach data that is not yours, probe or test the security of the Service without our written permission, or interfere with its operation.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that puts anyone at risk of harm.
6. Availability, Reminders and Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not promise any particular level of availability, and the Service depends on third parties we do not control.
Reminders and notifications are a convenience, not a safety mechanism. They can be delayed, duplicated or not delivered at all — because of your device, browser or operating system, network conditions, or a failure on our side. Do not rely on Dosavy to tell you when to take anything. We are not responsible for a dose taken, missed or repeated because a reminder did or did not arrive.
7. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
The dosing and reconstitution calculators are free and require no account. Access to the rest of the Service — protocols, dose logging, the compound library and the AI advisor — requires a paid Dosavy Pro subscription. Dosavy is the seller of record for that subscription; payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, and we never receive or store your full card details.
- Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing section of our website and are charged at the amount displayed at checkout. Any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to your location is shown before you confirm.
- Free trials, where offered. If we offer you a free trial, its length and terms are the ones stated when you start it. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial becomes a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before then, and we will tell you before that happens.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual, as chosen at checkout — at the then-current price for that plan, until cancelled. We will give you notice by email before any price change takes effect on your renewal.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting your account cancels immediately. Deletion is not the same as cancelling: it ends the subscription at once rather than at the end of the period, access stops immediately, and the remainder of the period is not refunded. If you want to use time you have already paid for, cancel now and delete later.
- Refunds. If you are unhappy with the Service, email us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. This applies to first purchases and to renewals. Outside that window we do not refund unused time on a period already started, except where mandatory consumer law requires it.
- Statutory withdrawal rights. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The refund commitment above is intended to meet or exceed that right, and nothing in these Terms limits it.
- Failed payment. If a payment fails, access to the paid features may be suspended. Your data is not deleted: for as long as the account exists you keep access to Settings, where you can update your billing details or delete the account.
8. Your Data and Content
What you enter — protocols, dose logs, notes and questions to the advisor — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host it, process it, show it back to you, and keep the Service running and secure. How it is handled, who processes it for us, and what survives deleting your account are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service itself — the software, the curated compound library, the citations and their selection and arrangement — remains ours. Your subscription is a licence to use it, not a transfer of it.
9. Suspension and Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these Terms — in particular Section 5 — or where the law requires it; where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right. On termination your right to use the Service ends. Sections 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the compound data, dosing ranges, interaction data, citations or AI responses are accurate, complete or current. Mandatory warranties under the consumer law that applies to you are not excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dosavy, its operators, employees, agents, affiliates, AI model providers, and content contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this Service — including damages for personal injury, death, property damage, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of the theory of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CHF 100.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dosavy, its operators, employees, agents, affiliates, AI model providers, and content contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law prohibits it.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries the version number and date shown at the top of this page, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect; continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel and delete your account.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at the operator's registered seat in Switzerland have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor of the business, on notice to you. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms, your subscription, or a refund can be sent to support@dosavy.com. Questions about how we handle your data go to support@dosavy.com, and are covered by the Privacy Policy.
